Potential PhD Graduate Students can now pre-apply to our department and may receive their $55 application fee waived. Please submit this completed form by clicking the submit button. When we receive your pre-application, the department will notify you if your application fee will be waived. Pre-applications will be reviewed the 1st and 15th of each month.
